CHANGES OF TICKET REFUND POLICY

Dear guests!

Please be informed that if you apply for a refund prior to the departure of the Yacht, the refund amount will be 100% of the ticket price.

An application for a refund for an unused ticket for a Special Cruise (theatre, jazz or themed) must be submitted no later than 48 hours prior to the Special Cruise.

No refunds will be made if you are late for the cruise. Only a buyer of the ticket can make a refund, by presenting an identity document and bank card details which were used while purchasing the ticket.
